At the May 10 Novato City Council meeting, where Councilmember Pat Eklund’s proposed small cell wireless agenda item was highlighted, reporter Will Houston of the Marin Independent Journal was present (virtually) and published a story in the May 12 edition.

There is a proposed agenda item about this issue to be discussed at the council meeting. We need to show up en masse to let the council know Novato residents want public notice and a stronger wireless ordinance to protect

After two months, the Novato Planning Division finally uploaded AT&T’s small cell permit applications and the city’s “incompletion” letter responses, likely because we brought it up at this week’s city council meeting and submitted a public records act request .
